These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement with Urbanski (the studio). By using the site or commissioning work you agree to them. This is a plain-language template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.

You may browse the site for personal and commercial reference. You may not copy, redistribute or republish its content, layout or code without written permission.

All brand assets, copy, imagery and code shown here belong to the studio or its clients unless stated otherwise. Project work shown is published with client consent.

On delivery and full payment, agreed deliverables transfer to the client as set out in the relevant project agreement. Working files and unused concepts remain the studio's property.

Scope, timeline and fees are defined per project in a separate proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these terms. Projects typically begin against a deposit, with the balance due on completion.

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranty. The studio is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Details submitted through the contact form are used only to respond to your enquiry and are never sold. Booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
